Delete your TagLot account
You can permanently delete your TagLot account — and everything in it — from inside the app. Deletion removes your business data: sales, rooms, items, prices, sold records, settlement statements, consignor contacts, and uploaded item and capture photos.
In the app
- Open More
- Under Your data, tap Delete account…
- Export your data first if you want a copy — the export is always free, on every plan
- Type the confirmation and confirm
What happens next
Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 7-day grace window(so a mistake isn't forever) — just sign back in before the window ends to restore it. After the grace period, your content is permanently deleted within 30 days, as described in theprivacy policy; backups age out on a rolling schedule of no more than 30 additional days. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and the remaining paid time is not refunded. A few minimal records we must keep for legal, tax, or security purposes (e.g., invoices) are retained where the law requires.
If your business has team members, deleting the owner account deletes the business for the whole team — everyone loses access when the deletion is requested.
