My changes won’t sync, or say “Updated elsewhere”
How your phone catches up, and what the sync notes mean.
Everything you do saves on your phone first, then syncs to the cloud when you have a connection. A badge shows what is still waiting to sync.
If you and a teammate change the same item, the most recent change wins, and the sync sheet shows an “Updated elsewhere” note so you can see what changed under you.
Settlement will not let you finalize while this device still has sales that have not synced — finalizing then would lock a statement that undercounts. Reconnect, let sync finish, and the Finalize button turns on.
If something seems stuck, check your signal and open the sync sheet. Photos and records catch up on their own once you are back online.
